This is a senior-level leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who will take full ownership of procurement and warehousing. This role will focus on the foundation of our materials lifecycle, serving as the critical handoff point to our compounding team for downstream manufacturing, storage, and distribution. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will step into a stable, capable team and be empowered to make an immediate impact by rationalizing our current multi-system environment into a cohesive, efficient, and scalable operation. A central focus of this role will be assessing, improving, and normalizing our existing infrastructure across multiple platforms while bringing clarity, consistency, and rigor to the systems that drive our supply chain performance.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end supply chain operations with a primary focus on procurement and warehousing, managing the full materials lifecycle from sourcing through handoff to compoundingAssess, rationalize, and improve Revive RX's current multi-platform inventory management environment; lead migration toward a consolidated, best-in-class solutionDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing operational efficiency and cost reductionNegotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time deliveryEstablish and monitor supply chain KPIs; identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions with accountabilityLead, mentor, and develop a stable team of supply chain professionals in a collaborative, performance-driven culturePartner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, compounding) to forecast demand and ensure product availabilityEnsure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements including applicable FDA guidelines and standards for drug material sourcingDrive sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives throughout the supply chainMonitor industry trends and integrate innovative tools and methods to strengthen supply chain resilienceRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field8-12 years of progressive supply chain experience2-3 years in a leadership or senior manager capacityProven expertise in procurement and warehousing operations, with hands-on ownership of the upstream materials lifecycleStrong background in inventory management systems—system-agnostic candidates welcome (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP/SCM platforms)Demonstrated ability to evaluate, consolidate, or improve fragmented multi-system environmentsStrong background in establishing a cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand, supply, and financial plansFamiliar with establishing and maintaining industry standards for supply chain within procurement and warehousing operationsFamiliar with clear communication through planning, scheduling, and running an S&OP processFamiliar with leading and developing a team to execute best practices within supply chainStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsAnalytical, data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailCommitment to regulatory compliance, ethical sourcing, and sustainable practicesPreferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or compounding pharmacy supply chains strongly preferred (e.g., familiarity with drug material sourcing, pharma-grade suppliers, and FDA standards)Background in manufacturing environments with experience in production scheduling and lean operationsPrior experience leading system consolidation or ERP/SCM implementation projectsAPICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent supply chain certificationWork Environment & Physical Requirements Indoor, climate-controlled compounding and warehouse facilityFast-paced, high-urgency setting with frequent priority shifts driven by prescription volume and supply disruptionsCollaborative, cross-functional environment requiring daily interaction with pharmacy, clinical, and operations teamsMay require occasional off-hours availability to respond to critical supply shortages or vendor issuesAbility to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periodsOccasional lifting and carrying of materials or supply shipments up to 30-50 lbsAbility to walk or stand for periods when working in warehouse or receiving areasOccasional access to cold storage areas (refrigerated or frozen) when managing temperature-sensitive materialsPotential exposure to pharmaceutical compounds — PPE protocols apply in production-adjacent areasFeatured Benefits  Competitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401k with employer matchPaid Time OffEmployee Perks & DiscountsWhy Join ReviveRX? The best work happens when purpose meets opportunity.
