Internal Medicine Physician Onsite | Surprise, AZ HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level role in adult primary care. This position requires a physician who is clinically strong in managing adult populations, with a focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and efficient outpatient practice operations. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans Deliver preventive care and long-term health management strategies Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated experience treating adult-only patient populations Strong competency in managing chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions) Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation Strong communication and patient engagement skills Stable and consistent clinical work history Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience in outpatient internal medicine settings Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently Strong preventive care and population health focus Experience working within team-based care environments HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history Not board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine No experience managing adult-only patient panels Limited exposure to chronic disease management Poor EMR or documentation practices Inability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams Package Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base Location: Onsite in Surprise, AZ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays CME allowance Retirement plan Malpractice coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
