This role requires strong Windows desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. The technician will act as the local "hands and feet” resource for IT implementations and ongoing support.Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 deskside and remote support for Windows-based systemsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and chatImage, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops and laptopsSupport Microsoft Office 365 applications and Microsoft TeamsServe as the primary point of contact for IT vendors during system implementationsAssist with testing IT implementations, including network access, wireless connectivity, and telephonyCoordinate and manage relationships between IT vendors and local client support teamsDeliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence with end usersAuto req ID473115BRMinimum Education RequiredHigh School/GEDJob_CategoryInformation TechnologyAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 3 to 5+ years of deskside PC support and customer service experienceStrong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, software, and network issuesExperience assisting with IT system implementationsHands-on experience with:Windows operating systemsBasic Mac supportDesktop and laptop imagingActive Directory user and device supportITSM/ticketing systemsMicrosoft Office 365 and Microsoft TeamsWage Range:The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
