This position allows you to partner withother team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible CustomerExperiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:Responsible for day-to-day mortgage services including, but not limitedto, Central Disclosure Desk, Notice of Incompletes (NOI\'s), Denied andWithdrawn, HMDA Reporting, and monitoring expiring Prequals andPreapprovals. Assists with the ordering of title work, verification ofemployment, tax transcripts, flood certificates, loan payoffs, andprivate mortgage insurance. Prepares the accurate and timely productionof all adverse action notices for denied and/or withdrawn mortgage loanapplications ensuring compliance with Regulation B. Monitors andmaintains accurate investor and portfolio in-process pipelines, anduploads documents through investor portals. Ensures consistent,accurate, and timely mortgage loan application processing. Conducts andperforms a monthly HMDA audit of all mortgage loan applications toensure accurate and compliant annual company HMDA reporting for theBank. Prepares accurate initial disclosures for new mortgageapplications for refinance and purchase transactions for conventionalloans such as Fannie and Freddie, vacant land, HELOC, Home Equity loans,renewals, construction, and government loans such as Rural Development,FHA, VA, and WHEDA, within the timing requirement after receiving theapplication. Partners with mortgage sales and operational staff tocontinually improve efficiencies in the mortgage file opening andcompliance processes. Monitors, prepares, and sends courtesyNotification of Incompleteness (NOI\'s) on unapproved mortgage loanapplications. Monitors expired inquiries, expired approvals, andapproved not scheduled files. This is a regular full-time hourlynon-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule mayvary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location on17th Avenue in Wausau, WI. Our recommended and preferredqualifications are: Associate degree from accredited college oruniversity; or a minimum of 2-3 years related experience and/ortraining; o equivalent combination of education and experience inMortgage Operations Or Sales Related Experience Required. Knowledge Ofsecondary market (Fannie, Freddie), government (FHA & VA), as well asNon-QM/portfolio Mortgage Programs Preferred. Experience With Loanorigination system(s), Encompass, preferred but not required. Ability tocommunicate both orally and written in a professional manner.
