Sr. Human Resources Operations Advisor

The Sr. Human Resources Operations Advisor role is responsible for providing support to Total Rewards, Talent and Operations teams for complex projects and operational matters to include benefits, compensation, recruitment, compliance, and technology. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. License/Certifications: SHRM-CP or SCP preferred. Experience: Three years of Human Resources generalist or operations experience required. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong computer skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking, analytical and consultative skills, along with the ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions.
