Current Open Positions2nd Shift CNC Operator/Set-upCandidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience.Ability to write simple programs.Make minor tool changes/offsets.Multi-Spindle Screw Machine OperatorImmediate openings on the 1st and 2nd shift.Candidate must have a minimum 2-5 years experience.Candidate must have a mechanical background and the ability to read micrometers and blueprints.Knowledge of SPC, calibration, and automotive standards is a plus.Multiple-Spindle Screw Machine Set-upImmediate openings on the 1st and 2nd shift.Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience.Must be able to run multiple machinesCandidate must have the ability to read blueprints, use basic measuring instruments, and knowledge of SPC.Experience running steel is preferred.Tool Room MachinistMake and repair cutting tools, gauges, jigs, fixtures, attachments, and holders.Setup and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, saws, hones, and drill presses.Knowledge of tool design, shop mathematics, lay out and assembly procedures.Ability to use hand tools to machine and assemble parts.Coordinate work with production personnel, Engineering and Tool Supply.
