Infrastructure Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, validate, and evolve enterprise network capabilities for high availability and resiliency across on-premises and hybrid environments.• Provide architectural leadership and strategic influence focused on data center networking.• Develop standardized reference architectures, detailed network design documentation, and migration strategies.• Evaluate solutions for conformance to existing standards or the need for new patterns and frameworks.• Identify performance constraints, design gaps, and operational risks to deliver repeatable, reliable solutions.• Support strategic planning by providing cost estimates and advising on trade-offs.What You'll Need• Minimum six (6) years of experience in network infrastructure planning, design, and implementation.• Minimum two (2) years in a technical leadership role.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.• Minimum eight (8) years of IT operations experience with technical expertise in distributed technologies, systems development, and/or networking.• Experience leveraging DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices.• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for scalable system designs.What's On Offer• Competitive salary• Opportunity to lead data center transformation efforts.• Influence the design and implementation of resilient, scalable network infrastructure.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Apply via Haystack today!
