Lead Python Developer

Join us to shape the future of our software landscape with enthusiasm, precision, and a passion for excellence! *Duties* * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using Python, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop APIs, RESTful services, and web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. * Architect system solutions by applying best practices in system design, distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure. * Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement version control strategies using tools like GitHub, TFS, or SVN. * Drive Agile software development processes including Scrum and Kanban to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. * Develop comprehensive unit tests and debugging procedures to maintain code integrity and reliability across all projects. * Mentor junior developers, promote best practices in software engineering, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Lead Python Developer or similar role with extensive knowledge of Python frameworks and libraries. * Strong background in system design for large-scale distributed systems and web development environments. * Hands-on expertise with ASP.NET Core, React.js (including React Express), JavaScript, HTML/CSS for full-stack development. * Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, along with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. * Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications. * Proficiency in software engineering principles including UML modeling, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git or TFS. * Knowledge of multithreading, application design patterns (OOP), web services (SOAP/REST), WCF, Hibernate, and system security best practices. * Ability to work within Agile environments utilizing Scrum methodologies while managing multiple priorities effectively.
