Yard Goat Driver

Job description Overview: We are currently seeking a Yard Spotter Driver to join our team in Haslet, TX. As a Yard Spotter, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving containers/trailers within the warehouse yard and to/from BNSF Intermodal Ramp which is 1/4 mile from the warehouse. This is a vital role in our operations, ensuring that containers/trailers are properly positioned for loading and unloading. Duties: - Operate yard trucks and other equipment to move trailers and containers within the yard and to/from BNSF Alliance Intermodal Terminal; - Safely maneuver trailers into designated spots for loading and unloading - Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning - Communicate with warehouse personnel to coordinate trailer movements - Assist with loading and unloading of freight as needed - Maintain a clean and organized yard area Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with experience operating Yard Spotters - Experience operating yard goats and heavy equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with warehouse personnel --must be a team player focused on safety and productivity If you have the necessary qualifications and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding position as a Yard Spotter Driver, we encourage you to apply.
