This group has been thriving for over 20 years in the Mid Atlantic, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand in the community. Practice Details: Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPs No call ? strong focus on work-life balance Hospital coverage only first year: 2 days/month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day/month Compensation model: 500-600K Guaranteed 1st year income Once fully ramped, make between 700K-1 Million, demonstrated.
