Job DescriptionWSFS Bank is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The primary function of this position is to perform life-cycle recruitment for the various divisions and departments at WSFS Bank. This includes direct recruiting, developing, and executing strong talent strategy, developing events and advertising through direct and indirect channels. The incumbent will on-board knowledgeable, skilled, diverse, qualified, and engaged talent applying best hiring practices in conjunction with all federal and state laws. The incumbent will effectively apply recruitment and selection processes including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, drug testing, references, work behavior assessments and offers of employment. In addition, the incumbent will assist in the process of salary negotiations.Because our culture is one of inclusiveness, the incumbent will play a crucial role to recruit and hire from a diverse talent pool to mirror our diverse client base. The incumbent will identify exempt and non-exempt talent for Consumer Banking. This role will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal customers and external contacts and should keep informed of marketing trends with respect to recruitment, selection, and employment. The incumbent will interpret policy and procedures regarding all aspects of the employment process. The incumbent will assist in attending job fairs/events and support the Summer Internship Program. The incumbent will assist with other areas involved in the Associate onboarding process and clearly define and communicate training, orientation, benefits eligibility, and other expectations that impact the new hire. The incumbent must independently devise new recruitment ideas, specifically to attract candidates to recruitment events.Minimum Qualifications:Must have bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a business related field, or equivalent work experience.Must have 4-7 years recruiting experience, preferably in the financial service industry. Previous social media recruiting experience is strongly preferred.Experience using passive recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred.Must have knowledge of the Delaware Valley or Tri-State area geographically, including market competition and knowledge of the community resources that would assist in attracting and recruiting a diverse candidate base.Must have strong knowledge and execution of talent strategy.Must understand local, state and federal employment law.Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.Must have previous experience using an applicant tracking system.Prior experience using Workday is strongly preferred.Must have excellent internal client service focus and be able to take initiative, respond proactively, and handle workflow with minimal supervision.Must be detail oriented, adhere to the HR standards of confidentiality, have the ability to multi-task, be able to work successfully in an ambiguous environment with frequently changing priorities, and have the ability to track and manage up-to-date informationWSFS Bank is inclusive and supportive of individual needs.
