Controls Engineer

Application Engineer II Carrollton, TX Fulltime Job summary: We specialize in the design and construction of digital and analog control systems for a variety of power and industrial applications. We are currently seeking an individual who can take on the role of our Application Engineer II. This role requires an individual with experience to design control and safety systems based on custom requirements specifications from customers. Minimum Skills & Experience Required: • Experience with design and development of Control and / or Safety Systems • Ability to maintain project schedule and overall understanding of project requirements based on customer requirements. • Ability to document designs and generate professional documentation. • Application for control logic design using DCS (Distributed Control System) or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) w/ Project Engineer experience Education / Experience requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, or related Engineering subjects) 2 years of experience in application engineer role Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: $66,793.48 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Carrollton, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
