Our promise is straightforward: deliver superior quality on schedule and at a competitive cost—while building an inclusive workplace where ideas and teamwork drive results.Your evening-to-overnight rhythmBased at our Warren, MI facility, you will be the go‑to expert on C Shift, keeping molding lines running safely and consistently.C Shift schedule: Monday through Wednesday 6:00pm–12:15am; Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday 6:00pm–6:15amWhat a shift can look likeYou arrive ready to lead by example on safety and quality. You prep molds, perform changeovers, and dial in machine settings. When a defect appears, you investigate, run 5 Why, adjust the process, and document what you learned.
