Property Manager

We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of an assigned residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned property. Collect and deposit all rent payments. Process new tenant move-ins and tenant move-outs. Schedule and complete apartment showings for prospective residents. Complete lease renewals to ensure high tenant retention rates. Inspect units and oversee maintenance employees. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants. Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants. Position reports to regional property manager. Skills Work experience as property manager preferred Knowledge of basic computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly address and solve problems. Well organized with excellent time management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Property management: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
