This person provides consultation and programming including patient and caregiver education. This person is responsible for overseeing developmental care of all babies in the NICU, staff and family education/training, referrals and consultations to outside agencies, documentation, participation in weekly NICU rounds, facilitating and planning the Developmental Care Committee, and computer input of all charges.
