If you thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy bringing structure to complexity, and take pride in driving initiatives from planning through execution, we want to talk to you!Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Project OwnershipOwn and manage multiple concurrent projects spanning Engineering, Operations, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and other departmentsAct as the single source of truth for project status, risks, dependencies, and timelinesEnsure alignment between business priorities, technical execution, and operational readinessPlanning & Roadmap Management Maintain and continuously refine the company-level roadmap, ensuring visibility into near-term and long-term initiativesCoordinate prioritization discussions with department leads and executivesTrack dependencies and sequencing across teams to prevent conflicts and bottlenecksMeeting Facilitation & Communication Organize and facilitate:Cross-functional project meetingsTeam-lead syncs and status reviewsExecutive-level updates and roadmap reviewsEnsure meetings are well-structured, action-oriented, and outcome-drivenCapture decisions, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and closure Execution & Delivery Management Track progress against milestones, timelines, and commitmentsIdentify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategiesEscalate blockers appropriately with clear context and recommended optionsEnsure projects move forward efficiently without unnecessary friction or ambiguityProcess & Operational Rigor Establish and reinforce consistent project management practices across teamsImprove visibility, reporting, and communication standardsSupport continuous improvement of delivery processes as the organization scalesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a cross-functional environmentProven ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse teams simultaneouslyStrong experience facilitating meetings with both individual contributors and executive leadershipExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsDemonstrated ability to translate high-level goals into executable plans and timelinesComfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments Preferred QualificationsExperience working alongside Engineering, Product, and Operations teamsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models (formal certification not required)Experience maintaining company-level roadmaps and executive reportingStrong judgment in prioritization, escalation, and trade-off discussionsBackground in regulated, fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations What Success Looks Like in This RoleTeams are aligned, informed, and moving in the same directionExecutives have clear, reliable visibility into progress, risks, and prioritiesProjects move forward with fewer surprises, fewer missed handoffs, and stronger accountabilityThe organization operates from a single, cohesive roadmap rather than fragmented plans SALARY:This role includes biannual profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.Base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000Salary including biannual profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $91,925 - $ 115,725 LOCATION: This role requires the employee to work fully onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.
