As a foundational member of our team, you won’t just provide primary care and women’s health services—you’ll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.Why TiaBuilt-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across marketsAI-supported documentation to reduce charting burdenBeautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics in prime locationsQuarterly bonus + equity — not typical in clinical rolesOpportunity to build and shape a new model for women’s healthcareWhat You’ll DoClinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting.Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.RequirementsWhat You’ll BringCredentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.Clinical Expertise: 3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.Training & DevelopmentCandidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.Work LocationThis role is based in our Silver Lake clinic.Clinic Hours (PST)8:00a - 5:30p; 8:00a - 7:00p 2 days/weekCompensation & BenefitsTia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency.
