Our venues host weddings, corporate events, social events, and private celebrations, and we are looking for a driven, personable, and highly organized sales professional to help match clients with the right venue and turn qualified leads into booked events.This is a great opportunity for someone who loves sales, enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a growing company with room for performance-based earning opportunities.Position OverviewThe Venue Sales Coordinator will support and own key parts of the sales process for multiple wedding and event venues. This includes responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, conducting venue tours, matching clients with the right venue, overcoming objections, securing signed contracts, and collecting payments.This is a sales-focused role. The right candidate should be comfortable being measured by results, including lead response time, tour conversion, booked revenue, follow-up activity, and CRM accuracy.We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, create urgency without being pushy, and consistently move potential clients through the sales pipeline.Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearKey ResponsibilitiesRespond quickly and professionally to all incoming inquiriesQualify leads and determine which venue best fits the client’s needs, budget, guest count, and event styleConduct venue tours and confidently present venue features, benefits, packages, and available datesFollow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales processSecure signed contracts and collect required paymentsMaintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updatesTrack and manage multiple active leads across multiple venuesWork toward sales goals, conversion targets, and booked revenue expectationsCommunicate clearly with internal departments, including planning, operations, marketing, and leadershipIdentify client needs and offer suggestions to enhance the event and increase booking potentialHandle questions, objections, and special requests during the sales processStay organized and proactive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environmentAssist with sales reporting, pipeline updates, and KPI trackingRepresent the company and venues with professionalism, positivity, and strong hospitalityComplete other related duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys people but is also motivated by goals, accountability, and closing business.
