We are seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, and create rotating specials using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This chef will be responsible for overseeing catering and meal prep programs while ensuring a seamless in-house dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and high food quality.
Create seasonal menus and rotating specials with a focus on clean, high-quality ingredients.
Actively cook on the line during peak hours and when needed.
Oversee catering and meal prep services, ensuring timely and consistent execution.
Source and manage relationships with local suppliers for grass-fed meats, pastured poultry, and fresh ingredients.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
