This position offers full-time weekday coverage with no call, providing predictable scheduling and excellent work-life balance.The CRNA will provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties and work within a medical direction model of 1:3. Candidates must be comfortable handling a fast-paced outpatient environment, with a strong focus on orthopedic cases.Schedule Details:Full-time coverage5 days per week (5 x 8-hour shifts)7:00 AM – 3:30 PM30-minute unpaid lunchNo call requiredClinical Scope Includes:Independently managing anesthesia care from pre-op to PACUProviding anesthesia services for orthopedic, gynecologic, ophthalmologic, endoscopic, ENT, dental, and general surgery casesWorking with pediatric and adult patient populationsCollaborating with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure safe, efficient careAverage daily case volume ranges from 6–15 patients, depending on room assignment.About Lancesoft IncLancesoft Inc is a trusted healthcare staffing agency specializing in both locum tenens and permanent placements.
