Physician / Urgent Care / Indiana / Locum or Permanent / Part-Time Physicians Needed Job

Will work as an Independent Contractor (1099)Duties and Responsibilities of the Physician.a. Provide physician services that are medically appropriate;b. As necessary, review and evaluate patient charts (including but not limited to list of medical history and physical progress notes, laboratory and diagnostic reports);c. As necessary, review, approve and sign nursing care plans, telephone orders, memorandum of verbal orders, certificates of medical necessity, patient documentation including but not limited to 485 (initial certification or re-certification), medication refill forms, DME supply and equipment requests and others documents as necessary;d. Provide advice/consultation to patient/s, nurse practitioner or physician assistant regarding patients condition and plan of care;e. Evaluate patient(s) records and supervise various physician assistants or nurse practitioners working with the Physician; f. As needed visit patient/s for the purpose of evaluating, admission and treatment of the patient/s, for healthcare services.
