Valet Attendant

As a key member of our parking operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient parking experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and assist guests with parking, providing clear directions and ensuring their vehicles are parked in designated areas. - Operate a Square to handle guest payments for parking fees and other services. - Provide exceptional guest services, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns. - Maintain a clean and organized parking environment, ensuring that parking lots and surrounding areas are free of debris and hazards. - Perform valet parking services, driving guests to and from their destinations safely and efficiently. - Assist guests with manual transmission vehicles, providing guidance on how to operate the vehicle. - Utilize retail math skills to accurately manage parking fees and maintain accurate records. - Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of dealership and retail operations. - Provide bilingual assistance to guests as needed. - Drive company vehicles, ensuring that they are maintained in a safe and clean condition. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve parking goals and objectives. **Skills:** - Proficiency in cash handling and retail math. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak multiple languages. - Experience in a dealership or retail environment. - Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles. - Ability to drive safely and efficiently, with a valid driver's license. - Experience with valet parking services. - Excellent guest services skills, with a focus on hospitality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
