Summary:Location: Fort Worth, TXDuration: 12 Months ContractThis role is part of the Digital Customer Experience team within the Customer Experience Organization at the company.Work within a cross-functional team to influence product and design decisions from inception through implementation.Opportunity to work on product-focused initiatives or Design Operations to scale design across the enterprise.Responsibilities:Influence outcomes and Product Owner decisions using UX best practices, design principles, and research.Collaborate with Engineering to implement effective solutions.Collect, analyze, present, and action feedback on UX deliverables.Present work clearly to stakeholders using storytelling and presentation skills.Provide status updates using project management tools like Rally, Jira, Aha!, etc.Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications adhering to design standards.Develop diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes.Create research strategies and develop usability test plans for prototypes.Lead end-to-end UX design processes from ideation to execution.Mentor and guide other Designers to foster growth and collaboration.Ensure designs are responsive and adaptive for both desktop and mobile platforms.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training.3 years of experience as a UX practitioner.Experience working closely with Engineers in an agile environment.Experience collaborating across disciplines, product lines, and geographical boundaries.Proficiency in remote unmoderated testing tools and platforms.Experience in responsive, adaptive, and accessible designs.Experience with design for mobile apps, desktop, and web applications.Preferred Skills:Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training.5 years of experience as a UX practitioner.Experience with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.Ability to contribute to design systems and promote design standardization.Experience in Product and DesignOps environments.Required Skills:Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.).Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frontend development languages.Advanced analytical skills for complex data problems.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Familiarity with emerging technology such as generative AI and spatial computing.Proficiency in project management tools to track progress and report status.Storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design decisions.
