We proudly pursue top talent with a diverse and global set of experiences and backgrounds.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applicationsLoad/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucksRead customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventoryPackage parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specificationsMaintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company's network drive and applicationsPull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipmentsMark materials with identifying information using appropriate methodsValidate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer programWeigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standardsAssist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventoryComplete requisition forms to order supplies from other departmentsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededMaintain quality service by following organization standardsOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):A high school diploma or GED preferred1-2 years experienceUS Person status as defined by ITAR RegulationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventoryRegular and predictable attendance requiredBasic ComputerData EntryEffective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliabilityKeen attention to detailSpecial Requirements:U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.ITAR requirement120.15.
