Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst6-9 month contract (possible extensions)Location: Vienna Virginia (Remote)Visa : USC and GC onlyA financial services firm is seeking a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join their team in McLean, Virginia, focusing on Identity & Access Management governance and compliance initiatives.Responsibilities:Supporting IAM governance and access certification processesConducting user and privileged access reviewsManaging identity lifecycle management initiativesAnalyzing and documenting IAM requirements and workflowsSupporting audit, risk, and regulatory compliance effortsPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:8+ years of experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in IAM Governance and Compliance programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement abilitiesProficient in requirement analysisStrong communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamStrong attention to detailDesired Qualifications:Experience creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance documentationKnowledge of Regulatory Risk related to IAMExperience in Financial ServicesFamiliarity with company systems and processes
