Our team of Facility Provisioners care about delivering new technology and connecting customers to products they value. Through supporting engineering, sales, and field operations, our Facility Provisioners work to ensure a great customer experience.What You’ll DoCreate the facility inventory in MIROR using OSP schematics, Jobtrac information and forms. Update the facility inventory in MIROR as physical changes are made in the outside plant due to customer migrations, Road moves and other facility impacting projects. Generate cut/groom information for the field or splicers for network improvements/changes. Provide various support for OSP Engineering, Broadband Engineering, Assignment, Sales, and Local Operations team. This includes providing reports from various systems, corrections to data, building potential service records, emergency cuts and other tasks as required. SMB GPON/FTTP- Support pre-sales and after sales activity including Sold Orders and full fiber polygon builds. Do You Have? Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 2-3 years technical/telephony experience; or 4+ years of directly related telephony experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related telephony experience.
