ABA Regional Clinical Director (BCBA)

Regional Clinical Director (BCBA)We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our growing team. This leadership role provides clinical oversight and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload to ensure continued connection to direct clinical work. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and leader who values ethical, high-quality ABA services and enjoys building strong teams that promote excellent outcomes for children and families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and RBTs across the regionMaintain a manageable caseload of clients and oversee treatment plansEnsure quality assurance and clinical compliance with BACB standards and payer requirementsReview and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress reportsProvide ongoing staff training, mentorship, and performance feedbackSupport clinical teams with case consultation and problem-solvingMonitor clinical quality, documentation, and treatment integrityCollaborate with leadership to improve clinical systems and service deliveryAssist with staff development, hiring, and onboarding of clinical team membersMaintain positive relationships with families, providers, and community partnersQualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredUtah LBA (or ability to obtain)Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to ethical, high-quality ABA servicesExperience5+ years of experience as a BCBA preferredExperience supervising BCBAs and RBTsExperience reviewing treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentationExperience with quality assurance and maintaining clinical standardsExperience working with children with autism and developmental disabilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationLeadership role with strong growth potentialSupportive and collaborative team cultureManageable clinical expectationsOpportunity to help shape a growing ABA organizationWe are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate ABA therapy for children and families.
