In this remote, field-based role, you’ll be the trusted face of our products—building relationships with dealer partners, cultivating new accounts, and supporting dental professionals with innovative solutions.What You’ll Do:Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targetsBuild advocacy among dental equipment dealers to drive customer acquisitionFoster trusted relationships with end users across the territoryManage and track opportunities using CRM toolsStay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activityRepresent KaVo at trade shows and company eventsOperate within assigned territory budgetLift and transport demo equipment up to 20 lbs as neededOther responsibilities as assignedWhat We’re Looking For:To be considered, candidates should meet one of the following:Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent and + 4 years in the dental industryEquivalent combination of education, training, and experienceAdditional Requirements:1+ year of business-to-business sales experience in a commission-based roleValid driver’s licenseMust live in the designated territoryPreferred Skills:Prior sales experience in the dental industryFormal sales trainingAbility to articulate technical and clinical product informationSelf-aware, action-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable under ambiguityWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchingPaid parental leave & flexible PTOSchedule:Remote role with frequent travel within the assigned territoryOccasional evening/weekend availability for trade shows or customer needsEqual Opportunity & Compliance:KaVo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
