Engineering Delivery Lead

Our dedicated team of experts will combine in-depth knowledge with leading technology to simplify the administration process for clients.We're looking for a seasoned Engineering Delivery Lead with deep full‑stack expertise to architect, build, and scale cloud‑native applications. In this role, you'll guide the design and development of backend services, modern React frontends, and AWS‑based infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping technical strategy. You'll work closely with product, operations, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into high‑quality, resilient, and well‑tested software solutions.Loaction: Hybrid, in our Lake Mary office a minimum of 3 days per week.What You'll DoLead the design, architecture, and delivery of new full‑stack applications, APIs, and distributed servicesCollaborate with product, business operations, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutionsBuild scalable backend services with strong test coverage and modern engineering standardsDevelop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using React and modern TypeScriptOptimize relational database performance and manage complex data models (PostgreSQL preferred)Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud‑native systems in AWSParticipate in and drive high‑quality code reviewsMentor junior engineers and contribute to team‑wide technical decision‑makingWrite and maintain automated unit and integration testsWork cross‑functionally to deliver reliable, production‑ready software What You Bring12+ years of overall experience, including 4-5 years in team leadership or delivery leadershipStrong expertise in Java, Scala, or KotlinDeep experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologiesFrontend development experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptAdvanced SQL skills and comfort with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)Significant hands-on experience building and operating cloud‑native applications on AWSStrong experience with automated unit and integration testingSolid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecturesStrong grasp of software engineering best practices PreferredExperience with Terraform or other IaC toolingEnd‑to‑end testing experience (e.g., Playwright, Cypress)Knowledge of containerization: Docker and/or KubernetesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesBackground working in high‑traffic, production-scale environments
