Brennco Inc. is a family farm with a robust family culture.RequirementsWelding and FabricationBasic mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quicklyGreasing and maintaining equipmentPerform everyday mill tasks, such as mixing feed, operating mill computerOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely for loading/unloading raw materialsExcellent attention to detailBasic math skills for measurements and calculationsSecondary Tasks- not required, but helpfulDelivering feed (no CDL required)Picking up mill ingredients (no CDL required)Join our team as a Mill Operator where your skills will drive manufacturing excellence!
