This role is focused on delivering real-world solutions by putting production code directly onto machines, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability in field environments.You will work within a collaborative Agile team to support software development efforts, validate system functionality, and ensure requirements are accurately translated into working solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy embedded software for production systemsSupport validation and testing efforts to ensure system performance and reliabilityTranslate requirements into functional, high-quality codeParticipate in unit testing, debugging, and system verification activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentAssist with deployment of software onto machines and support field readinessRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with C++Experience working in Agile development environmentsBackground in requirements analysis and unit testingPreferred QualificationsExperience with vehicles, industrial equipment, or off-highway systemsFamiliarity with embedded systems or real-time software developmentExposure to Linux-based development environmentsExperience with system validation, deployment, or hardware integrationWork EnvironmentThis is a highly collaborative, hands-on engineering environment focused on delivering production-ready software.
