Virtual Design + Construction Manager

Juneau Construction Company is seeking a Virtual Design + Construction (VD+C) Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia to support innovative projects across the Southeast.The VD+C Manager leads teams and project portfolios while governing digital delivery platforms, reality capture systems, and field intelligence workflows. This role ensures consistent execution, platform compliance, and operational integration of VD+C services.Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline8+ years VD+C experienceDemonstrated people leadershipDuties and Responsibilities:Manage, mentor, and develop VD+C staffOversee VD+C execution across multiple projectsEstablish department standards, QA/QC processes, and KPIsGovern Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflowsAlign VD+C deliverables with Operations schedules and logistics plansLead staffing forecasts and resource planningSet up Buildouts on all applicable projectsEnsure buildouts compliance with: BIM model inputsSchedule integrationWalkthrough captured dataGovern Drone Deploy, Trimble laser scanners, and Field Link workflowsEnsure capture accuracy and data quality standardsLead AI and automation pilotsTranslating digital delivery into measurable business outcomesSupport pursuits, interviews, and client presentationsReport on VD+C performance, deviation metrics, and ROI to leadershipSystems Knowledge:Experience with traditional construction industry software similar to the following:Microsoft OfficeDrone DeployMS TeamsBlue Beam editing softwareRevitAutoCADPhysical Demands / Job Expectations:Position may require extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, talking both in person and over technological avenues, lifting up to 20 lbs. as neededPosition may require travel within the Juneau Construction Company footprint to jobsites and additional office locations for various events as needed. This may necessitate working on-site with exposure to various weather conditions.This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a regular in-office presence at least three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week based on business needs.
