Provides direct supervision to clinical staff, offering guidance and support as needed. Identifies and implements areas of improvement in current processes and procedures while adhering to HIPAA and various other requirements. Collaborates with the program director and medical director to develop, implement, and manage a continuous performance improvement plan (PIP). Engages in staff development by providing general in-services, individual instruction, and orientation. Offers staff recognition through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback. Works with the program director and medical director to achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators. Assists the program director in coordinating program objectives from a budgetary and financial perspective. Provides case management to a group of patients, ensuring comprehensive care. Conducts patient assessments and operate the chamber as required. Maintains compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Other duties as assigned.
