Executive Personal Assistant

Licensed Real Estate Executive Assistant We’re looking to bring on a full time licensed real estate assistant who’s organized, responsive, and comfortable being involved in all aspects of the day-to-day. This is a very hands-on hybrid role where you’ll be in the mix—managing schedules, assisting with showings, handling communication, and helping keep everything moving behind the scenes. This business consists of real estate sales, real estate investing (residential construction), and rentals. You’ll be working directly with the , not just within a team structure, and will have exposure to multiple facets of the business including Winwood & Co, 1stDoor, and related projects. Things move quickly and priorities shift, so adaptability and attention to detail are key.Compensation:$60,000–$75,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses What you’ll be doing:Managing calendars, appointments, showings, and schedulesCommunicating with and coordinating payments to contractorsAssisting with property showings and on-site needsCommunicating with clients and other agents via text, email, and phoneFielding incoming calls and helping facilitate communication across dealsPreparing, sending, and tracking documents for signaturesWorking within MLS, FMLS, and other real estate platformsKeeping transactions, files, and spreadsheets organized and on trackSupporting day-to-day operations across multiple active projectsManaging virtual assistant's if and when necessaryWhat we’re looking for:Active Georgia real estate license (required)Alabama real estate license is a plus (not required, but willingness to obtain is preferred)Strong organization and attention to detailClear, professional communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay ahead of thingsComfortable with flexible hours as neededSomeone dependable, proactive, and easy to work withThis role is ideal for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in being reliable, and wants to be a key part of a growing, fast-moving real estate business.
