Title: Director of Sales - Custom Retail Displays & FixturesLocation: Charlotte, NC 28078 (ONSITE)Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 + $50,000 Bonus Structure ($12,500 / quarter)Founded in 1992 we are a 100 employee national leader in tension fabric structures, acoustic solutions, and custom visual communication systems used in retail environments, corporate interiors, events, and branded spaces. We engineer high impact, design driven installations light boxes, frames, graphics, fixtures, and physical display systems that elevate how brands communicate in the built environment. We are seeking a hands on Director of Sales to lead a team of 10 and accelerate national revenue growth through stronger coaching, sharper conversion performance, and expanded client share of wallet.What You Will Be DoingLead a hybrid sales team responsible for selling custom retail displays, SEG frames, lightboxes & branded environmentsDrive aggressive new business growth with national retailers, agencies & brand environments while expanding revenue inside existing accounts through engineered display solutions, multi store rollouts & repeat program workOversee CRM driven pipeline discipline, ensuring accurate quoting, margin protection & forecasting for highly customized, engineered to order products w/ complex production workflowsPartner daily w/ engineering, project management & production teams to align customer expectations with manufacturability joining calls, shaping proposals, reviewing drawings & guiding pricing strategy in real timeChampion a high accountability sales culture built on responsiveness, technical product fluency & hands on leadershipWhat You Need for this PositionProven success leading sales teams in custom manufacturing environments (preferably retail fixtures, displays, lightboxes, frames, graphics, or experiential fabrication)Deep understanding of physical visual communication products, including aluminum extrusion systems, LED lighting, fabric graphics, metal fabrication & large format print workflowsStrong ability to translate customer concepts into manufacturable solutions by collaborating w/ engineering, estimating & production teamsHigh competency in margin management, complex quoting & evaluating project profitability within a fast paced, engineered to order environmentHands on leadership style w/ ability to coach reps in real time, join customer calls, review drawings & guide strategic decision making across multi phase display programsWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ match) and more!IF interested can you provide an updated resume & salary requirements to JOSH.REIFMAN@CYBERCODERS.COM
