This position is responsible for monitoring and improving product quality through data analysis, root-cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with production and engineering teams, updating quality documentation, performing audits and inspections, and supporting compliance with internal standards and external regulations. The Quality Engineer will also develop and refine quality processes, participate in cross-functional problem-solving, and provide guidance on best practices to help maintain consistent, high-quality outputs.Qualifications Strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design, implement, and improve quality systems.Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, including audits, inspections, and testing protocols.Ability to evaluate and maintain Product Quality, using data-driven methods to identify trends and drive corrective actions.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and experience with root-cause analysis tools.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and using common quality and productivity software tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and certifications; prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
