An ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable team player with experience doing route deliveries.Branch: Tri-State Flooring Work Schedule: Must be available for a 5am start time.Regional OTR, Three/Four day run across ND/SD/MNThe work schedule will be discussed further at the interview stage.Target Total Comp: Mileage + Stop Pay. This Position is Forecast to Earn Over 90K. ELIGIBLE FOR A $3K SIGN ON BONUS**ResponsibilitiesLoading and unloading merchandise with lift gates, forklifts and pallet jacks.Verify loads for accuracy.Deliver merchandise to the destination safely and on schedule.Perform pre/post-trip inspections.Provide excellent customer service to our customers during deliveries.Obey and follow applicable traffic laws.Maintain ELOG and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.Report defects, accidents, and violations.Communicate and coordinate with dispatch on deliveries.Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.QualificationsEducation & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent degree.Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, Over the Road (OTR) Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT.Minimum of 1 year experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL.Other QualificationsMust have a CDL Class A and pass DOT-required physical and related drug tests.Able to pass additional pre-employment screening required by the company.Experience driving a forklift is a plus.Manual certification is a plus.Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.Legally permitted to work in the United States.
