With over $160M raised and major expansion planned for 2026, this is a unique opportunity to join a fast-scaling company reshaping one of the world's largest industriesWe are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Buildots' Mission Critical Sales team with a background in the Healthcare Owner ecosystem and a proven track record of success in B2B construction technology selling.Key Responsibilities:Grow Buildots' customer base with net new customers and drive business results, focusing on Healthcare Owners, Developers, and Owners' Representatives, with a focus on their Mission Critical projectsEngage net new Owner targets - and own the entire sales cycle from hunting and qualification through closing.Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas - you are an overachiever!Drive pipeline generation by attending conferences, industry events, & meetups, building your network within the industry - you love to network!Build trust and credibility with prospects and customers, with a focus on building long-term relationships & driving business value ('partnership' approach)Build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline with accurate forecasting and reportingTenaciously follow through and prioritize customer needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company, bringing feedback to product, engineering, & CS.Experience and Skills:5+ years of enterprise sales experience, selling to customers that range from C-level to end usersProven track record exceeding revenue targets and closing $1M+ TCV software deals to owners/ developers/ investors in the healthcare industryHunter and closer by heart, with a strong ability to qualify & strategically pursue the right revenue opportunitiesProven success with complex sales cycles, understanding how to navigate multiple entities and stakeholders to get the deal doneDemonstrated ability to understand customer and stakeholder business needs - and to be able to translate that to Buildots value for that prospect or customerVery strong networking skills - you will be attending conferences, tradeshows, and networking events to generate pipeline for BuildotsPassionate about the Health care/ Mission Critical ecosystem, construction and/or technology - and believe in the impact that using advanced technologies could bring to health care and mission critical verticalsHigh degree of motivation and exceptional drive to succeed - proactive, curious, and tenacious are words that describe youStrong sense of integrity, accountability, and teamworkAt home in a fast-paced environment, working with a diverse range of customers across different roles, countries and cultures (in person, over the phone, or on video calls)We offer competitive compensation and a benefits package designed to support you professionally and personally:Competitive base salary + variable compensationHealth, dental & vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer matchPaid time off (vacation and sick leave)Stock-option grants (for eligible employees)Hybrid working arrangementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Commuter benefitsPet insuranceVoluntary life insuranceVoluntary short-term & long-term disability coverageThis is a remote-friendly role open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.* By submitting your application, you agree that Buildots will process your personal data in accordance with Buildots' Privacy Policy.Requirements
