Lead AI Engineer

They are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI in the financial services sector, creating real-time, personalized customer experiences and reimagining how services are delivered.The Role Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer interactions and internal operations. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components, including foundation model training and large language model inference. Leverage a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch. Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve the performance of large-scale production AI systems. Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 4+ years of experience in AI/ML algorithms or technologies, OR Master's degree with 2+ years of experience. At least 4 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java. Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud). Experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services.
