We are looking for a creative strategist who understands that great content isn't just about "likes"—it's about driving measurable action and inbound inquiries.ResponsibilitiesRepurpose existing high-quality photos and videos into engaging short-form content for Reels, Shorts, and social posts.Execute a multi-channel posting strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google My Business.Craft compelling captions and clear Calls-to-Action (CTAs) designed to drive calls, form fills, and direct inquiries.Manage technical optimization by adding proper descriptions, tags, and metadata for every post.Maintain an active brand presence by managing community engagement, including comments and DMs.Continuously monitor and optimize content performance to ensure alignment with platform-specific requirements and lead gen goals.QualificationsProven experience in professional social media content creation and platform management.Advanced video editing skills with a specific talent for repurposing long-form media into high-impact short clips.A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how content fuels lead generation.Self-motivated and able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.Meticulous attention to detail regarding posting schedules, formatting, and optimization.Required SkillsProven experience in professional social media content creation and platform management.Advanced video editing skills with a specific talent for repurposing long-form media into high-impact short clips.A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how content fuels lead generation.Self-motivated and able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.Meticulous attention to detail regarding posting schedules, formatting, and optimization.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience working within the events, media, or service-based industries.Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.A basic understanding of paid advertising principles.
