Server/Bartender

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Duties: - Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately - Maintain knowledge of current drink specials and promotions - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Monitor customer behavior and address any issues or concerns - Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Experience: - Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Understanding of food industry regulations and best practices We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
