Production Support and Driver

Position Title: Production Support & Driver Reports to: Production ManagerOverviewThe Production support & driver position plays a vital role in the success and organization of our production preparedness, organization, support, and cleanliness. This role is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse as well as job site deliveries, and cleanups.Our Production support & driver are required to follow the obsessions –Client Experience, Great Daily Communication, Organization, Teamwork, CleanlinessResponsibilitiesGrounds Maintenance – Leaves, Snow, Weeds, General Clean up, showroom Responsible for the organization & cleanliness of the warehouse, carpentry shop, and Neals vehicles Maintains and orders all necessary shop supplies Maintains and orders all necessary Job Start & Job Protection supplies Checks in all receivables and organizes receivables accordingly Maintain inventory for A-Plus Complete tasks on the Drivers list Call in dumpster switch as needed Job site clean ups as requested by Lead Carpenters Prepare and deliver all job starts materials as requested by the Lead Carpenters ahead of the job start Aid in the preventative maintenance of the company vehicles Tool crib maintenance and ordering Responsible for being efficient with your tasks Responsible for holding yourself accountable to build your weekly/daily schedules to complete tasks at a quick and efficient rate Follow our company safe driving policies
