A company is looking for a Manager Operations Performance and Data Analytics, North America.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, serving as the escalation point for complex analysis
Drive analytical strategy and delivery, providing actionable insights to business leaders
Manage regional reporting frameworks and automation to enhance efficiency and speed to insight
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in analytics or data strategy
3+ years of leadership experience preferred
Advanced expertise in Power BI and strong SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python skills
Basic understanding of IT architecture, ETL processes, and data flows
