Credit Resolution Specialist
OverviewThe CRS provides solution-based service to customers by researching and resolving credit-related issues, processing credit requests, and acting as a key liaison between customers, plants, CSRs, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and process all valid credit requests received from Plants, CSRs, and Sales teamsIssue credits in Oracle for customers, sales, plant personnel, and CSRs as requiredResearch and follow up on all issued credits by running open order reports, tracking down responses, obtaining appropriate approvals, and validating credit necessityCoordinate with plants and yards across the territory to ensure credits are issued in a timely manner; monitor open order reports and follow up on aging RMAsAssist CSRs with credit-related inquiries as neededReport any potential policy violations or misconduct to the Customer Service ManagerIdentify process issues and recommend improvements to credit processing workflowsBack up the Deduction Specialist in credit entry as neededSkills and Knowledge – Credit Resolution SpecialistCore Systems Knowledge:OracleMicrosoft Office SuiteSpecialized Skills:Accounting / Finance knowledgeHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailNegotiation SkillsStrong analytical and research capabilitiesEducation and Experience – Credit Resolution SpecialistHigh School Diploma / GED requiredSome college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience in a related field accepted in lieu of formal education2+ years of prior customer service or similar experience requiredPrior experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office strongly preferredExperience in credit resolution, billing, or accounts receivable is a plusApplication AssistanceIf you are an individual with a disability and need assistance in the application process please contact 614-775-1400 or email info@innosource.com.We are an equal Opportunity Employer – Age / Race / Color / Sex / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity / Disability / Veteran.J-18808-Ljbffr
