Armed Security Guard

*Duties*
* Monitor premises through surveillance systems and perform regular patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
* Control access points
* Respond promptly to incidents by writing detailed incident reports and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
* Conduct thorough security checks, including heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment or materials when necessary
* Execute emergency response procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols to ensure immediate action during crises
* Manage conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety
* Perform security-related tasks such as firearm handling, Taser deployment, and other law enforcement tools within legal guidelines while ensuring compliance with all security regulations
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in security roles, military service, law enforcement or related fields with a strong understanding of physical security principles
* Valid certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with emergency response procedures
* CLEET Phase 4 Certified
* Skilled in surveillance techniques, incident report writing, and operating access control systems
* Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining alertness during long shifts
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally and de-escalate tense situations
* Knowledge of firearm handling, Taser use, and adherence to strict security protocols and compliance standards
* Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods in various environments
