Smart Home Technician

We install premium smart home systems, including lighting, shades, A/V, networking, and smart home automation, for some of the most spectacular homes in America. We're growing, and we need a Smart Home Technician in Indianapolis who takes pride in every installation.You'll work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers to install and service advanced smart home systems across luxury residences. This is a precision role and is great for someone who sweats the details and takes pride in the craft.What You'll Do:Install and configure A/V, lighting control, shading, networking, and security systemsSupport pre-wire, trim-out, and final install phases on luxury residential projectsRead blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute clean, accurate installationsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues on-site with professionalismCommunicate with Lead Technicians and Project Managers on timelines and tasksMaintain daily documentation and job updates in project management softwareWhat You Bring:2+ years of experience in residential technology installation or a related tradeHands-on experience with low-voltage wiring, A/V, or home automationFamiliarity with Control4, Savant, Lutron, or Crestron a plusAbility to read construction drawings and wiring diagramsValid driver's license, clean record, and ability to pass a background checkSecurity license or experience a plusPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work in tight spaces and at heights, and handle varying outdoor conditions.Bravas Benefits:Work on world-class homes with a team that takes pride in the craftCompetitive pay + performance bonusesMedical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays
