They machine door components, assemble and finish products, and are precise in material selection, sanding, hardware preparation, and crating. This position requires strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an authentic woodshop environment where craftsmanship and quality are paramount.Who We AreRealCraft designs and builds premium doors and hardware for creative homeowners, architects, and designers nationwide. Quality craftsmanship and accountability are at the heart of everything we do.What We OfferHourly pay of $23 to $25 per hour.Consistent hours: Monday through Friday. Key ResponsibilitiesWoodworking & Production:Work closely with our production crew to craft high-quality custom wood doors.Cut, assemble, and finish door components with care and precision.Use advanced joinery techniques to build strong, durable doors.Choose the best materials for each project, balancing quality and efficiency.Sand, prep hardware, and apply finishing touches to ensure a polished final product.Double-check everything meets our high-quality standards before crating and shipping.Quality Control:Notice opportunities to improve craftsmanship and streamline production.Be precise and consistent in every project.Work together with the team to fine-tune processes and enhance efficiency.Safety & Organization:Follow shop safety guidelines, using tools and protective gear properly.Keep the workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly.Help maintain woodworking equipment to keep it performing smoothly.Collaboration & Workflow Management:Communicate with supervisors and teammates to stay on track with production goals.Follow project plans carefully to complete work accurately and on time.Experience & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of woodworking experience in a production, carpentry, or manufacturing environment.Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodshop equipment.Ability to take direction from supervisors and collaborate with team members.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.Reliable and punctual attendance.Working ConditionsThis full-time position is at our campus in beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington. Hours are Monday through Friday.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand or walk for extended periods.
