Job SummaryThe Operations Clerk II is responsible for supporting branch operations through accurate data management, order processing, accounts receivable support, and resolution of customer and system-related discrepancies. The role requires strong analytical capabilities to investigate issues, cleanse and validate data, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of business transactions across multiple systems.This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, navigate multiple platforms (including ERP and CRM systems), and resolve both routine and non-routine operational issues with minimal supervision.
