Strategic Sourcing Analyst
SummaryThe Strategic Sourcing Analyst plays a critical role in driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply continuity across Tritium’s global supply chain. This role supports sourcing strategy development, supplier negotiations, RFQ execution, and data-driven decision-making aligned with Tritium’s growth in EV charging infrastructure.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support category sourcing strategiesIdentify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliersConduct should-cost analysis and benchmarkingLead RFQ processes (issue, analyze, compare, award)Support supplier negotiations (pricing, MOQ, lead time, terms)Drive dual sourcing and risk mitigation strategiesTrack supplier KPIs (OTD, quality, responsiveness)Support supplier audits and performance reviewsEnsure compliance with procurement standardsImprove sourcing processes and workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and LogisticsQualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within the manufacturing sector.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in EV, automotive, or power electronics.Tritium is powering the shift to electric mobility.
