Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAt PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions, every team member plays a critical role in delivering the products, equipment, and expertise that keep America’s infrastructure projects moving forward.The Treasury & FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s treasury operations, liquidity management, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role plays a key part in monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting processes, and providing insights that drive business decision-making.This position reports to the Director of FP&A and collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business leaders across the organization.What You’ll DoTreasury & Cash ManagementPrepare and distribute daily cash position reportsMonitor daily cash activity and support cash management processesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end close activities, including cash-related journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport the preparation and maintenance of short-term cash forecasts and 13-week cash flow projectionsAnalyze cash trends, forecast variances, and working capital driversAssist with banking relationship management, account administration, and treasury documentationSupport liquidity planning and cash optimization initiativesFinancial Planning & AnalysisAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processesPrepare financial analyses, reports, and KPI dashboards to support business decisionsAnalyze operating results and investigate budget-to-actual variancesSupport the preparation of management presentations and executive reporting packagesPartner with department leaders to gather financial information and support planning initiativesAssist with financial modeling and forecasting activities as neededProvide analytical support for strategic and operational decision-makingReporting & Business SupportCollaborate with accounting, finance, and operational teams on cross-functional projectsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirementsAssist with process improvement initiatives and special projectsComplete ad hoc financial analyses and reporting assignmentsSupport internal and external audit requests related to treasury and finance activitiesEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysisWhat You BringProof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (e.g., Social Security card, passport, or other acceptable I‐9 documents)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury, FP&A, or related internships preferredStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modelingExperience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilitiesWorking ConditionsPrimarily office-based role with prolonged periods of sitting and computer workTime-sensitive reporting deadlines may require periodic overtime, particularly during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periodsLimited and infrequent travel may be requiredAbility to lift up to 15 pounds as neededOccasional extended hours or weekend work may be required during peak reporting periodsBenefits We OfferPPO Medical & Dental PlansVision InsuranceCompany-Paid Basic Life & AD&DVoluntary Life & AD&DShort- and Long-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for Health & Dependent CareGenerous 401(k) with Company MatchWhy Work With UsFormed through the combination of PSS Industrial Group and Cross Country Infrastructure Services, PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions unites deep product application knowledge, national distribution strength, and equipment rental expertise across more than 40 locations nationwide.
